You will never lose purchased credits while your license is active.

If your license expires, you will have 30 days to continue using the plugin normally and use any remaining AI credits.

After this period, you will no longer receive updates, support, or be able to use AI credits.

Do you have a refund policy?

The refund policy applies to licenses only.

AI credits are non-refundable, as they are consumed on demand.
